[You know what one of the coolest things about being a magically-inclined warden is?
Being able to do what you want.
Luna, fresh off her agreement with Steve to help cause trouble for the new patrols, is standing in the middle of the hallway of the fourth floor, her wand out. In her arm she holds a notebook.
She starts ripping out pages and letting them drift to the floor, looking around her as she does so. Soon, she's ankle-deep in spiral notebook paper.
Then, a quick wave of her wand]
Chartatotum Locomotor!
[All those balled-up pieces of paper? One by one they spring to life, curling up into tiny paper people, with little paper hats and paper swords held in tiny paper hands. As one, they turn to look up at Luna]
...Well, go on.
[At her word, they give little papery sniggers and bolt off in all directions, headed for both cabins and common areas. They slip under doors, through bolted bars: in Zero, they lose their enchantment, so there may be piles of paper gathered at that particular door. They annoy pets, steal food and clothing, and cause papercuts. Prone against fire and scissors, they tackle anything rock-like they can find. Nuisances all, they seem to concentrate hardest on those who agreed to be part of Steve Rogers' patrol.
Occasionally they'll find pens and write rude words on themselves directed at the people looking at them. Sometimes they'll fold themselves into airplanes to divebomb unsuspecting passengers. They're quick, but not super dangerous]
